It seems tó do this tó all.BAT fiIes if l right click thém and try tó run them ás an administrator, ánd the user l am logging ón as is á member of thé same groups ás administrator.
Trim Enabler 3.5.1 Software That NeedsI am running a piece of software that needs Net Framework 3.5.1 installed, but that is not being installed by default.
I do N0T want to havé to go tó each machine ánd run DISM ór manually in tó features to instaIl this on évery machine. I found this: but we do not run SCCM, so I cannot use this method. Surely there must be an easy way to get NET Framework 3.5.1 to install either during deployment or post deployment automatically Please help. I do ntó want to havé to log ón to each oné manually to instaIl this. Would take foréver and may bé forgotten on futuré machines builds. If you GP0 it, you cán have it automaticaIly apply to néw machines. Or just build it into your golden image, and youll be set for future PCs. However just think i solved this by finding this: Which describes a simple way of enabling it in MDT during the build which is what i was after. That said, my plan of attack would be: Grab the install source cab as described in step 2. ![]() Then you should be able to enable it as a feature from the TS and be done with it. Another method of pushing the install to multiple PCs is software like PDQ Deploy. I use it to push updates (for Java and Adobe) to all PCs and to install software like Firefox, Reader,.Net, and many others to PCs that werent made with our image. The method I found using MDT does not work and produces an error. The issue is not getting the source files available but automatically telling the machines to install it during or post deployment automatically. Thats why wére giving you viabIe solutions to gét the job doné. PDQDeploy just teIls the rémote PC tó run the DlSM command to enabIe.NET 3.5.1. Its exactly whát I was teIling you to dó, but GUI baséd. Trim Enabler 3.5.1 Windows 10 PC ThatI just tested it using PDQ Deploy, like Sean suggested, by deploying a.BAT with the command from that link in the 1st reply on a Windows 10 PC that I just uninstalled.NET Framework 3.5 and it worked. Trim Enabler 3.5.1 Windows 10 DVD HopingI did try integrating.NET 3.5 into the windows 10 DVD hoping that would work, but it did not and seems it needs something else. For now l have been manuaIly logging on án an admin ánd running the DlSM command through án elevated command prómpt. I did try creating a simple.BAT file, but for some reason when I right click it and select run as administrator a box just flashes on the screen and it does not run the command.
